Brendan is a general practitioner with a focus on criminal and civil (including probate, personal injury and family law) litigation. Furthermore, he provides legal services in the area of small business development and estate planning. For the past eighteen years he has been the attorney for the Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board.
Brendan obtained his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University in 1995 and graduated from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1998. He was licensed to practice law by the Ohio Supreme Court of 1998 and is currently admitted to the Distric of Columbia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Ohio State, Trumbull County Bar Associations. He joined the firm of Guarnieri and Secrest PLL in 2015, having previously been in solo practice in Warren, Ohio.
